Alin in concierge was so helpful with any needs or questions I had. Located on the Isla Mujeres, it's a hotspot for snorkelers and divers but you can take it easy at the peaceful spa center too. Pools were exquisite with different events throughout the day. To top it off, the water that came out was yellow�absolutely unacceptable. The floor was constantly wet and slippery, to the point that my children fell twice, even after we had staff dry the floors. Very well appointed rooms.
